I just spent the last hour playing Pyramid, and honestly, it's been a wild ride. This hypercasual game is all about building a pyramid, which sounds simple, but trust me, it's not as easy as it sounds. You've got to rotate the base to fit the next layer on, and it gets crazy fast - I mean, I was sweating trying to get some of these layers to fit, my heart was racing, and I was on the edge of my seat.

So what makes Pyramid so addictive? For me, it's the fact that it's ridiculously easy to pick up, but impossible to put down. You'll be thinking, okay, just one more layer, and then you'll mess up and have to start all over again. And to be fair, it can get pretty frustrating at times - I've lost count of how many times I've had to restart, but that's all part of the fun, right? The graphics are pretty basic, but they work, and the sound effects are super satisfying, especially when you manage to fit a tricky layer on.

As I played on, I started to notice that the levels get progressively harder, and you'll need to think ahead if you want to succeed. It's not just about rotating the base, you've got to anticipate where the next layer is going to fit, and that's what makes it so challenging. I gotta say, I was impressed by how much depth the game has, considering it's just a simple browser game. The levels are all pretty short, so you can play it in short bursts, which is perfect for when you've got a few minutes to spare.

But what really keeps me coming back is the sense of accomplishment when you finally manage to build a huge pyramid. It's a great feeling, and it's what makes all the frustration worth it. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to get so hooked on Pyramid, but here I am, still playing hours later. I've tried a few other hypercasual games before, but this one's definitely my favorite so far.

One thing that might put some people off is the fact that it can get a bit repetitive. You're basically doing the same thing over and over again, just with slightly harder levels. But for me, that's not a problem - I love the simplicity of it, and I find it really relaxing. It's the perfect game to play when you're stressed out or just need a break from more complex games.
